The experience of an existing landscape is one generally lost through development. What becomes architecture and terrain is generally clear. The Rustic Hub aims at lessening this visible threshold within the site of the San Antonio Dam. Through a series of systematic procedures, as well as the incorporation of a vegetal machinic ecology, the Rustic Hub offers visitors an understanding of the surrounding Claremont/ Upland terrain in a manner that they have yet to experience.
